Hello,
Your reply was gladly received and we hope our communication together will be effective enough to engage you with our family has expected.
We expect a diligent employee with relentless attitude and more so someone who requires little or no supervision to join us in caring for our kids
We have 2 lovely kids, Murphy and Paris. They are both very friendly and accommodating.
Murphy is already attending a play group class and one of your primary responsibility will be to take him to and from the Montessori every morning except weekends.
He is quiet in nature but doesn't give up easily due to his inquisitive nature but he is still very obedient despite that.
As for Paris she doesn't really give any trouble unless when she need to have her diaper changed. Her best hobby is rocking and she love to be rocked on her chairs most times.
We also have 2 friendly dogs but at the moment we are considering given them away for adoption because our new home did not include a dog house and we wouldn't want to discomfort them both
Below are further details of your duties and do inform us in case you have any objections to any of the duties.
-Getting the kids dressed in the morning.
-Supervising their breakfast and lunch plus morning and afternoon snacks.
-Playing with them (age appropriate) to insure at least 60 minutes of exercise (can be
split throughout the day).
-Doing education crafts & activities with them (age appropriate).
-Ensuring their optimal health and safety during your care.
-Keeping their room clean and organized .
-Doing laundry if necessary.
-Taking Murphy to and from school and activities.
-Supervising play dates.
Moreover before we proceed further we will still like you to answer these few questions
* Have you ever traveled outside your home country before?
* Do you smoke?.
* Do you drink?.
* Can you help with housework?.
* Do you like pets?.
* Do you mind doing light cooking?.
* How many children would you feel comfortable with at a time?.
* Can you help with shopping?.
As for your working hours and salary. We expect aupair to work 40 hours weekly and with the salary offer of £280 weekly accordingly. Au pair will be expected to have a free weekends excepts if agreed to engage in weekends over time.
We are hoping to arrive to London in a couple of days time and we look forward to you starting in 3 weeks time and so do inform us if our proposal suit your expectation.
Hope to read from you soon.

HOUSEHOLD DUTIES AND RULES
The household is positive and active and therefore, I encourage everyone to be washed and dressed and ready for the day by 9 pm latest. It is expected that you and Tom are dressed and that nightwear is not worn during the day although after 7 pm is acceptable. TV and Nintendo DS are allowed but restricted as I expect you to encourage Tom to be out of the house at the local parks on his bike or scooter. I have a fold up bike in the back of my car and I will show you how to put this up in order to accompany Tom if you wish.
Tom must be encouraged to do at least 20 minutes homework per day, reading or practicing his words and I expect there to be feedback.
Hours of work
• Up to 30 hours per week in total
• Saturday & Sunday free (except possible Saturday evenings for babysitting)
• Up to 2/3 nights’ babysitting per week including some weekend nights but I am flexible
When the children are at school, your hours (which can be flexible) are typically:-
• Monday 3.15-7pm
• Tuesday 3.15-7pm
• Wednesday 3.15-7pm
• Thursday am and 3.15-7pm
•
I participate in a breakfast club every Thursday and will need to leave the house at 5.45 am to be at my meeting for 7 pm. Tom is able to get up and will go into my bed to watch TV and does not wake until about 7 am.
• Friday 3.15-7pm
Note: Tom will usually have a club after school a minimum of one but maximum two days per week and therefore, you will not be required to collect him until 4.30 pm
When Tom is on school holidays:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Full days are usually 9am 6pm.
Note: I will usually book Tom into a local club from 10 am until 3 pm three days per week during the holiday period. The club is full of activities and we will often organise with other parents so that all his friends can play together.
You may need to take the children to their activities or friends’ houses sometimes, or collect them.
When you are with Tom on your own, you should spend some time with him, make sure you tidy up the house and clean up any mess from cooking, and you should also have time to empty the dishwasher, put on the washing and fold any dry clothes, and do any food shopping for emergency supplies (maybe on the way to/from school). I have a weekly delivery each week and milk delivered three days a week and therefore, if a note is made of low stocks, I can order in without a problem. Try to get Tom to help you with these chores to teach him to be responsible he should like to help.
What to do every Thursday and occasionally if you sense I am running late:
IN THE MORNINGS help get Tom ready for school every day:
• Make sure Tom brushes his teeth and gets dressed
• Prepare his breakfast (cereal/toast/boiled egg and a drink) this definitely a chocolate milk shake but rarely does he eat anything else.
• Get his packed lunch ready & put his snack in his school bag
• Make sure all of his school books and reading books are in his school bag
• Make sure he has his gym kit/swimming bag/library book/recorder etc. on the right days for school
• Help get Tom ready to go (coats/hats/gloves/shoes on)
• Tidy up, do the washing up, clean the kitchen surfaces, hob and sink
AFTER SCHOOL:
• Pick Tom up from school at 3.45 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays *if not after school club
• Pick Tom up from school at 4.30pm on Thursdays *usually after school on this day. We also take it in turns to have Charlie until 6 pm to 6.30 pm.
• Give him a drink and a snack when he gets home
• Make sure he does his homework check his school books for details of what he has to do. Tom has to read every day and Tom has a spelling test on Fridays.
• Prepare dinner & give it to him at 5/5.30pm
• Bath him and get him ready for bed if we’re not home
• Read him stories if we’re not home
• Make sure he has cleaned his teeth and that Tom goes to the toilet before bed
• Tidy up, do the washing up, clean the kitchen surfaces including the hob and sink, and sweep the floors in the kitchen and dining room (especially under the table)
Housework every day:
• Bathrooms: Make sure the 2 bathrooms and downstairs toilet are clean and that there’s enough toilet paper and soap.
• Check the washing basket. If there are enough items for a full load, do the washing at 40oC
o Make sure you wash clothes of the same colour together and if you are not sure about something, then please don’t wash it
o Don’t tumble dry: shirts, tops, trousers, bras, swimsuits or anything else you think might shrink hang these up to dry. Some of my underwear is to be washed separately on delicate wash in order to avoid greying or shrinking. I am purchasing a separate bag so please leave until I advise otherwise.
o Fold up dry things and put our clothes on our bed, hang up shirts and put the children’s clothes away in their cupboards
• Empty the rubbish bins and take the rubbish and recycling outside when necessary. Don’t leave black bags outside on their own on a Monday night as the foxes will open them!
• Empty the dishwasher (or start when it is full)
• Shopping when needed make sure we always have milk and bread or text Lisa and they can buy them on their way home. I usually arrange for a delivery from Tesco or Ocado once a week make sure you are in and then put the shopping away
• Children’s rooms: Tidy, make the bed, take their water bottles downstairs and clean them.
Housework follow your schedule as outlined but include at least once a week:
• Do the ironing at least twice a week - make sure there is nothing left to iron at the end of the week and that the children have enough clean (and ironed) school uniform
• Change all the towels including the hand towel in the downstairs toilet, the kitchen cloths (on the oven handle), and the bath and toilet mats in the bathrooms. Then wash them with clothes of the same colour from the washing basket if there are enough for a full load and dry them.
• Change the sheets on all the beds at least every other week to include your own bed and please do not sleep without any covers as it is unhygienic and the duvet will need to be washed professionally which is expensive. Wash sheets and duvets with clothes of the same colour from the washing basket; dry them and put them away
• On a Tuesday morning take the black rubbish bags out of the dustbins, and then put new dustbin bags in the dustbins.
• Clean the inside and outside of the fridge, the microwave and the oven
• Clean the toaster & kettle
• Tidy the children’s toy cupboards and drawers
• Other jobs from time to time
• Tidy and clean your room as you feel is necessary in your own time
Tips:
• If you do answer, please write down phone messages (name, telephone number and message) and leave them in the kitchen, or phone us if it is urgent.
• Recycling: Put tins, cans, glass bottles and jars, newspapers, magazines, cardboard, paper and batteries for recycling in the green bins outside. Plastics in the white bag.

Anek nie żartuj, ona szuka pełnoetatowej sprzątaczki!Zmiana pościeli, w tym JEJ? Wynoszenie wszystkich śmieci? Przynajmniej raz w tygodniu umyj jej lodówkę, piekarnik i mikrofalę? Zastanawia mnie 'other jobs from time to time'...

Chora babka. -

Kod:Once a week, our au pair vaccuums, mops the floor, cleans the bathroom and shared toilets, dusts and cleans the windows. Also, once a week, she irons all our clothes, helps one child change the bedsheets (this rotates so each child has their sheets changed once every 3 weeks.), cleans the sinks and kitchen appliances. Three times a week, she puts the washing out and folds them away.
