Wg mnie jeżeli nie odzyskasz pieniedzy,powinnaś poszukać jakiegoś radcy prawnego, a to dlatego, że jest to przestępstwo wymuszenia..masz dowód na to, że pieniądze wpłaciłaś..nawet jeżeli uda Ci się odzyskać pieniądze to ja bym ta sprawę nagłośniła, innym operkom ku przestrodze!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dziekuje bardzo za odpowiedzi... Pytanie jeszcze jedno: kwitki mam, ale umowy z nimi zadnej nie podpisywalam. Jedynie rozmowa z hostfamily, wymiana zdjec itd. a co do agencji to obejrzalam ich stronke internetowa i "niby" bylo wszystko ok. Niestety jestem amatorka( a raczej bylam) w sprawach au pair-ek i oszustw z tym zwiazanych. Jestem przez nich w wielkim dolku finansowym i w jeszcze wiekszym dolku psychicznym. Napisalam do departamentu policji w tym miescie, ale to z pewnoscia nie wystarczy.. CZy moge cos jeszcze zrobic??

Nie wiem, gdzie dokładnie jesteś, ale najlepiej sprawdź w konsulacie, może oni mieli już takie przypadki i wiedzą do kogo takie coś zgłaszać, a nawet jeśli nie, to może będą mogli ci jakoś inaczej pomóc. W takich wypadkach to jest pierwsze miejsce, w którym trzeba sprawdzać.

Lecz wczoraj dostałem takiego e-maila.

No i jest ta kwestia tego że ja nie zakładałem konta do tego czasu na newaupair.com a z tego co zrozumialem to z tej strony mnie znalazła. Kolejna kwestia to zarobek na miesiąc. Odpowiedziałem. Przedstawiłem się z imienia i nazwiska, podałem miejscowosć i kraj w którym mieszkam. Odpowiedziałem na pytania w mailu. Ja zapytałem czy nie może mi wysłać link do oficialnego profilu np. na aupair-world itp. albo chociaż zdjęcie. A oto wiadomość zwrotna:

Jeżeli jest to "podpucha" to nie wiem na czym miała by polegać bo prosi mnie tu tylko o swoje dokładne dane by załatwic mój wyjazd. Oczywiscie prośba o wysłanie mi linka do konta czy też nadesłanie zdjęcia zostały zignorowane, tak jak by ich nie było.



Ktoś mi doradzi o co tu chodzi? Z góry dziękuje ;-)

Zastanawiam sie jaki jest cel takiego spamowania...? Czy chodzi im o dane?

Dostalam sporo tego typu maili - czesc chce naciagnac na jakies oplaty i chyba to jest glownym celem.
